Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on the destination country and local delivery conditions. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

After your shipment has been dispatched, tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update within the carrier's system. If tracking has not updated after this period, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist you.

Multiple Items & Separate Shipments

To ensure the safest and most efficient delivery experience, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels.

Depending on product availability, warehouse locations, or packaging requirements, we may choose to combine items into one shipment or divide larger orders into multiple packages. This helps minimize transit risks and improve delivery reliability.
