Product Packaging

The outer box, sleeve, or protective packaging is intended solely to protect the product during storage and transit.

Minor imperfections to the outer packaging, including dents, scratches, creases, discoloration, or other cosmetic damage, are not considered product defects and are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or compensation.

Release Dates

Product release dates are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and may be subject to change without notice.

In some cases, production delays may result in a postponed release date. If this occurs, customers will be notified via email as soon as updated information becomes available.

First Press, Pre-Order Benefits & Special Gift Events

First press benefits, pre-order bonuses, special gifts, and promotional event items are available in limited quantities and are offered while supplies last.

House of Martisha cannot guarantee the availability of these promotional items once allocated inventory has been exhausted. Promotional events may end without prior notice.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains a pre-order item along with products that are already in stock, the entire order will be shipped once all items become available.

To ensure complete delivery, items within the same order are not shipped separately unless otherwise specified.

If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Lucky Draw & Event Items

Due to the processing and allocation requirements associated with lucky draw events, fan-sign events, and other special promotional campaigns, shipments may require an additional processing period of at least 7 business days before dispatch.

For any claims regarding manufacturing defects, damaged inclusions, or missing event items, customers may be required to provide a continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

Please note that minor printing imperfections, small scratches, dust marks, slight misalignments, or manufacturing variations on photocards, postcards, and printed inclusions are generally considered normal production characteristics and may not qualify for compensation or replacement.

Special Gift Promotions

Special gifts offered based on order value are calculated using the order subtotal before shipping fees.

Unless otherwise stated, special gift promotions may not be combined with certain promotional products, event items, or other qualifying offers.

Gift eligibility is determined by the final qualifying subtotal at checkout.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.
